HKM01-4K6G uses light compression, but it should not create visible blur under normal viewing conditions. Banding, blocking, and motion breakup are not expected.

Yes. HKM01R-4K6G supports webcams. It works with not only keyboard and mouse, but also most USB 2.0 devices. USB 3.0 is not supported.
