As the holiday season approaches, we are excited to share the story behind our Christmas design this year.
At first glance, what do you think of it? This heartfelt creation comes from the talented children of the Taitung Autism Family Support Association. Working closely with the association, we transformed the children's handmade cards into the central theme of our 2024 Christmas celebrations.
Their boundless Christmas spirit shines through every design, and we hope it brings a spark of joy to your holiday season as it has to ours.
Continuing our meaningful partnership with the Autism Family Support Association, SC&T is providing a Christmas Gift Fund for every child in the association this year. This fund is intended to reward their hard work over the past year and inspire them to greet the future with hope and excitement.
Last year, a heartfelt video introduced us to the Autism Family Support Association in Taitung. Moved by their story, we decided to bring our Christmas blessings to this special corner of another city—a place where children persevere every day despite the challenges they face. Christmas is a time for love and care, and we are honored to share the holiday spirit with these remarkable children.
The association’s founder, Mr. Sun, has had a clear vision ever since being diagnosed with cancer: What happens to these children when their parents, relatives, or caregivers can no longer support them? In response to this question, Mr. Sun began planning an autism dormitory to provide a sustainable home where these children can thrive, even in the absence of their loved ones.
In addition to creating a home, the association is committed to helping these children find value through their own efforts. To this end, they are taught to produce various charity products. At the same time, courses are offered to cultivate their artistic, cultural, and even legal knowledge, enabling them to understand and protect their rights while learning to express their needs.
